Dr. Chatchai Thnarudee is a seasoned architect of change and a catalyst for growth, with more than 25 years of experience guiding Fortune 500 corporations and dynamic startups across the United States, New Zealand, Asia and beyond. Grounded in design thinking, lean methodologies and disruptive technologies, he has consistently spearheaded transformations that deliver measurable impact.
Throughout his career, Dr. Thnarudee has orchestrated turnarounds and scaled organizations in finance, insurance, commerce and other sectors. His contributions have earned him accolades such as as “7 Most Influential InsurTech Leaders” by the Thai FinTech Association (2019), the Best Insurance Award from Emerging Asia Insurance Awards (2019), and inclusion among IDC’s “20 Best Insurers” (2020).

John Chen helms award-winning Igloo in Thailand, driving the company’s expansion in embedded insurance in the market. With over 15 years of leadership in both emerging and developed markets, he has held prominent roles at top e-Commerce and fintech firms—including Lazada and Xiaomi—and co-founded a successful neobank, bringing deep operational expertise to every venture.
John has spearheaded strategic partnerships and product roll-outs across diverse industries and product lines, He also oversees end-to-end operations—from market entry strategy and regulatory compliance to data-driven customer engagement and claims innovation.

Sasitharan Krishnan
Sasitharan Krishnan brings 30 years of expertise in the insurance distribution sector, with a proven track record of developing and managing omni-channel retail strategies across markets.
He has driven growth and innovation in all distribution channels, from face-to-face and direct-to-consumer models to technology-driven solutions, making him a dynamic. Sasi also has a strong track record in optimising distribution costs by designing insurance and reinsurance models that enhance both efficiency and profitability.

Ekachai “Jay” Sukumvitaya
Ekachai “Jay” Sukumvitaya is currently the Deputy CEO at Jaymart PCL, an investment holding company operating retail, finance, and technology businesses.
Jay earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Babson College in Massachusetts, concentrating on Finance and Entrepreneurship, and his MSc in Strategic Marketing from Imperial College Business School in London.
